Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Scalify service. By creating an account, you accept these Terms in full.

2. Service

Scalify is a SaaS tool for payment rotation and analytics tracking across Shopify stores. The service is provided "as is", without any guarantee of absolute availability.

3. Account

Registration requires a valid email address. Accounts are subject to administrative approval. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity on your account.

4. User Obligations

• Comply with all applicable laws.
• Comply with the terms of service of the third-party platforms you connect (Shopify, Meta, TikTok, Google).
• Do not attempt to circumvent the service's security measures.
• Do not use Scalify for fraudulent, money-laundering, or otherwise illegal activities.

5. Billing

Use of the service is billed monthly as a percentage of the revenue processed through the service. Invoices are paid in cryptocurrency (ETH or SOL) to the address shown in your Billing area. Payment default beyond 30 days results in account suspension.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your settings. We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account in case of breach of these Terms, without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The code, brand, and graphical elements of Scalify are our exclusive property. No license is granted beyond the strict right to use the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Scalify cannot be held liable for indirect losses, loss of data, or damages resulting from non-compliant use. In any case, our liability is capped at the amount of fees paid over the last three months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
